A Naturally Sweet Dessert That Comes Together in Minutes

When you're craving something creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet, this Creamy Mango Pudding is hard to beat. Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, it delivers a smooth, pudding-like texture without dairy, refined sugar, or complicated preparation.

Frozen mango and banana create a naturally rich consistency, while chia seeds help thicken the pudding and add staying power. The result is a dessert that feels indulgent while still being built entirely from whole-food ingredients.

Best of all, it takes only a few minutes to make.

Mango for Natural Sweetness and Tropical Flavor

Mango is what gives this pudding its bright color, tropical flavor, and natural sweetness. It blends into a silky texture that makes the pudding feel rich and creamy without needing added sugars or dairy products.

Mango is also rich in vitamin C and beneficial plant compounds that support overall health while adding a refreshing sweetness to every bite.

Bananas for Creaminess and Smooth Texture

Frozen banana helps create the thick, ice-cream-like consistency that makes this pudding so satisfying. As it blends, it adds body and creaminess while enhancing the natural sweetness of the mango.

Because bananas contain fiber and water, they help create a dessert that feels satisfying and nourishing rather than overly rich.

Chia Seeds for Fiber and a Pudding-Like Consistency

Chia seeds are the secret ingredient that transforms this recipe from a smoothie into a true pudding. When soaked in liquid, chia seeds absorb water and form a gel-like texture that thickens the mixture naturally.

They also provide fiber, helping support digestion and making the dessert more satisfying.

Coconut Water and Vanilla for a Light, Refreshing Finish

Coconut water keeps the pudding light and refreshing while helping everything blend smoothly. A small amount of vanilla extract rounds out the flavor and enhances the natural sweetness of the fruit.

Together, these ingredients create a clean, bright flavor profile that lets the mango shine.

Bring It All Together

This Creamy Mango Pudding is proof that dessert can be both simple and nourishing. With naturally sweet fruit, fiber-rich chia seeds, and a silky texture that feels indulgent, it's a quick recipe you'll want to keep on repeat.

Whether enjoyed as a healthy dessert, afternoon snack, or refreshing breakfast, it's an easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth using whole-food ingredients.
