Our mission is to help one million people reverse insulin resistance, and every conversation moves us closer to that goal.

- Qualify prospective clients and schedule them for Enrollment calls.
- Follow up with leads who have not scheduled, canceled, did not attend, or were not initially ready to enroll.
- Re-engage previous leads and create new opportunities through consistent follow-up.
- Use Mastering Diabetes scripts and sales frameworks while keeping conversations natural and personal.
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and lead statuses in our systems.
- Study call recordings and coaching sessions to continuously improve your performance.
- Participate in daily meetings, role-playing, call reviews, and ongoing sales training.
What Success Looks Like

- Booking approximately 110 qualified calls per month, or about five per working day.
- Maintaining a minimum 65% appointment show rate.
- Scheduling qualified prospects who support the Enrollment team’s 45% close-rate goal.
- Following up quickly, consistently, and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records in our CRM.
We care about results, but we also care about how those results are achieved. We believe in honest, ethical, and compassionate conversations, not pressuring people into programs that are not right for them.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You
- Have previous experience as a call setter, appointment setter, enrollment specialist, sales development representative, or similar sales professional.
- Have experience with lead qualification, appointment booking, and follow-up.

- Are organized, dependable, responsive, and accountable for your results.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes may change.
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRMs, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and other online platforms.
- Are AI-savvy and able to use approved AI tools responsibly to improve your work
- Have a dependable computer, a quiet workspace, and fast, reliable internet.
- Genuinely care about helping the person on the other end of the conversation.
Schedule and Availability
- Minimum availability of 40 hours per week.
- Primary coverage is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Daily Sales Team meeting at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
- Some evening or weekend availability may occasionally be required based on campaigns, lead volume, and team needs.
- This is a fully remote position.
