A Bright, Refreshing Salad That Feels Like a Treat

This Berries & Greens with Pineapple Dressing is vibrant, refreshing, and naturally sweet. It combines crisp greens with a variety of juicy berries and a smooth pineapple dressing that ties everything together.

It’s the kind of salad that feels light and energizing, yet still satisfying thanks to its fiber-rich ingredients and natural sweetness. Perfect for a quick meal, a refreshing side, or a nourishing option on warmer days.

Mixed Greens for Volume, Fiber, and Freshness

Mixed greens create the base of this salad, adding crunch, hydration, and a wide range of micronutrients. They help increase the volume of the meal without adding excess calories, which supports fullness and balanced eating.

Their mild flavor also makes them the perfect backdrop for the naturally sweet fruit and dressing.

Pineapple and Dates for a Naturally Sweet Dressing

The pineapple dressing is made by blending thawed pineapple, dates, and coconut water into a smooth, naturally sweet sauce. This creates a bright, tropical flavor without the need for refined sugars or oils.

Using whole fruit in dressings allows you to enhance flavor while maintaining fiber and nutrients that support more stable blood sugar.

Berries for Antioxidants and Balanced Sweetness

Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries bring color, texture, and natural sweetness to the salad. They are rich in fiber and antioxidants, helping support cellular health and slow glucose absorption.

This combination of berries creates a balanced sweetness that pairs perfectly with the greens.

Hemp Seeds for Texture and Nutritional Support

A sprinkle of hemp seeds adds a subtle crunch and mild nutty flavor. They also contribute healthy fats and protein, helping round out the salad and make it more satisfying.

Bring It All Together

This Berries & Greens with Pineapple Dressing is a refreshing way to enjoy a naturally sweet, fiber-rich meal that supports steady energy and overall health.

With vibrant fruit, crisp greens, and a simple whole-food dressing, it’s a recipe that proves healthy eating can be both delicious and effortless.
