Ingredients
  

  • 1 beet cooked, cooled and sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 medium grapefruit peeled and membrane removed
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 figs chopped
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Amla Green optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the arugula in a bowl.
  • Add all the fruit and sliced beets.
  • Top with flaxseed and Amla Green if using.

Notes

Cook the beet ahead of time so that you can cool it before adding to your salad.
