No More Pain and Lots of Success | Tony’s Story

Tony's life changed dramatically after discovering the Mastering Diabetes Method. Before finding this program, he had an A1C of 10.3 and was on insulin, along with two other diabetes medications. He was also struggling with his weight and experiencing hip and knee pain due to excess weight.

But after adopting the Mastering Diabetes Method, which includes a low-fat, plant-based, whole food diet, daily movement, and intermittent fasting, Tony saw significant improvements in his health.

He eliminated meat, dairy, and oil from his diet, and instead ate whole plant foods like fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains. He was initially hesitant to eat so much fruit, but found that it didn't cause drastic spikes in his blood sugar.

Tony also started exercising more and practicing intermittent fasting. The results were impressive: after just a few months, his A1C dropped to 5.2, and his doctor took him off insulin. He also lost weight and found that his hip and knee pain improved.

Tony's success with the Mastering Diabetes Method is not unique. The program has been shown to reduce insulin resistance, the underlying cause of uncontrolled blood glucose in individuals with type 2 diabetes and one of the most pressing complications for individuals with type 1 diabetes.

The program's focus on whole plant foods, daily movement, and intermittent fasting is supported by scientific studies and has helped many people with diabetes improve their health and quality of life, and if you’d like to learn more about how we can help you, you can click the link at the top of the screen to book a free discovery call!
