This energizing bowl could not be more simple and it’s a wonderful example of how to eat mindfully- every day. Maximize your insulin sensitivity with this beautiful bowl full of fiber and nutrients that will be sure to start your day off right.

- 1 cup Mango
- 2 cup Ripe Papaya
- 2 cup Arugula
- 2 Lime Wedges
- Peel, slice and chop mango and papaya into 1 inch bite sized pieces.
- Arrange arugula in your bowl.
- Add papaya and mango to bowl.
- Add the juice of lime wedges and mix the ingredients.
