Suzanne had been struggling with high blood sugar for years, but after watching the documentary "The Game Changers," she knew that a change was needed. She began researching ways to manage her diabetes and came across the Mastering Diabetes Method and Coaching Program.

Suzanne started the program a month after being diagnosed and has been amazed at the results. In less than six months, she has lost 40 pounds and seen her A1C drop from 10.4 to 6.1. She is also seeing improvement in her vision, with her prescription becoming less strong.

Suzanne has been measuring her glucose levels every day and has seen improvements in her cholesterol levels as well. Her total cholesterol went from 186 to 169, LDL went from 92 to 93, and triglycerides went from 315 to 237.

In addition to physical improvements, Suzanne also noticed an increase in her energy levels and overall emotional wellbeing. She feels brighter and happier, and credits this to finally putting herself first and doing something positive for her health.

Suzanne is not done yet, and her goal now is to get her A1C into the fives. She is amazed at what her body can do and is excited to continue on her journey to better health.
