Instructions
Place the mixed greens in a large salad bowl.
In a small blender, combine half of the thawed pineapple chunks, the pitted dates, and the coconut water. Blend until smooth.
Drizzle the pineapple dressing over the greens and toss to coat.
Top with the remaining pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Sprinkle the hemp seeds on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Dress the greens with the pineapple dressing just before serving. Store undressed greens separately from the fruit in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
