Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen banana - sliced
  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce - chopped
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/16 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Instead of canned pumpkin, use pureed freshly cooked pumpkin.
