Instructions
Mix in a large bowl couscous, lettuce, celery, onion, cilantro, tomato, wild rice, and dragon fruit. Toss.
Whisk the maple syrup, lemon juice, and mustard together and pour over the salad. Mix thoroughly.
Notes
No Dragon fruit? Use mango or papaya.
