  • 4 cup Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions

  • Peel and slice bananas.
  • Chop pears away from seeds.
  • Slice mango into cubes.
  • Arrange fruit in a bowl on a bed of greens.
  • Top with ground chia seeds.
  • Add spices to taste if desired.

  • For more flavor you can add cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, or cacao.
