A Straightforward and Practical Way to Overcome Food Addiction For the Rest of Your Life

A little over 5 years ago Adam Sud weighed 320 lbs, developed type 2 diabetes, was a drug addict, a fast food addict, and suffering from severe depression. Adam took it upon himself to reverse type 2 diabetes, so he implemented a whole-food plant-based lifestyle. What Adam didn’t know at the time was that nutrition would become the backbone of his entire recovery from food addiction, drug addiction, and type 2 diabetes. Within 6 months Adam reversed type 2 diabetes, lost 170 pounds, and has been sober for a little over 5 years. Adam is now a plant-based health coach who works at the Whole Foods Market Medical and Wellness Center in Austin, TX and is a speaker for the Engine 2 Total Health Immersion Programs and Plant-Strong events.
