This advice is rooted in a deep and endless knowledge of human metabolism, exercise physiology, and nutritional science. The suggestions come with scientific papers, and these principles are far from being fads. This program just works; there's no other way to put it. I have never felt healthier than I do now.

I have been living with diabetes for almost 40 years and now I have learned the truth about how my low-carbohydrate diet was actually sabotaging my efforts to maintain optimum health. I've also learned about the true relationship between dietary fat and insulin sensitivity.Simply put: my diabetes is MUCH easier to manage.

Paul Coker (T1D)
David George (T1D)

Within 3 days of starting, I could immediately feel a difference in my energy levels. Within 3 weeks, I had decreased my daily insulin requirement by 50% and for the first time in two years was able to complete a two-hour endurance ride without being limited by a significant hypoglycemic episode.

As a diabetic, if you think you can do better, you can. These perspectives and ideas about health and nutrition, coupled with your focus, diligence, and effort will yield results you probably thought were never possible. Don't think. Just do it. Trust me, you will thank yourself later.

Steve D'Alencon (T1D)
Candace Sunagawa (T1D)

Unlock the secret to good health as a diabetic!!!!! I have been type 1 for 22 years, and in April 2015 my A1c was 7.4%. In September 2015 my A1c was 6.2%. I lost 10 pounds simply by changing the way I eat, and my insulin intake decreased overall by 30%.

Ever since I got diabetes, endocrinologists and dietitians kept telling me I have to count my carbohydrate intake in order to estimate how many units of insulin I should take. It got to the point where I gave up completely, spending my day trying to reduce my pain. I am healthier than ever before and can’t wait for what is coming ahead. It is possible for everyone to get control of their lives the way I have done in the past three months. Diabetes no longer controls me - I control it now!
